Vyturio Progimnazija

Projekto tikslas: Mokykloje mokosi 525 mokiniai, iš jų daugiau nei penktadalis mokinių turi specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių. 30 mokinių turi didelių poreikių. Ugdytinių specialieji poreikiai labai skirtingi, daugėja vaikų, turinčių autizmo požymių. Kiekvienam vaikui reikalinga atskiras individualus ugdymo planas, skirtingos priemonės, mokymosi būdai, metodika. Universalaus dizaino prieiga leidžia atkreipti dėmesį į kiekvieną vaiką ir jo galias, tačiau vis dar stokojame priemonių ir aplinkų šiems mokiniams ir mokiniams iš nepalankių aplinkos sąlygų. Siekti kiekvieno mokinio sėkmės, plėtojant inovatyvią, skatinančią kiekvieno vaiko pažangą ir norą mokytis, aplinką.

Scope of Project: The school has 525 students and more than one-fifth of them have special educational needs. About 30 students have significant needs and the number of children showing signs of autism is increasing. Each of these students faces distinct and different challenges that require individual learning plans, different intervention tools and customized teaching methods. A universal design approach helps teachers focus on each student’s strengths, but the school still lacks the tools and spaces needed to properly support these students, as well as those from disadvantaged backgrounds. The goal of the project is to help every student succeed by creating an innovative environment that supports progress and encourages them to reach their highest learning potential.
