Lithuanian Sausage Making Class

This is the second time Vytenis has generously offered to teach the class, donating all the supplies, allowing all the donations collected that evening to be allocated to Sunlight Orphan Aid’s Sponsor a Child Program. Over $1,000 was collected at this event and three children were sponsored. Participants were given hands on instructions, each making their own sausage links to bring home and share with their family. After the instruction all participants were able to taste prepared sausages and participate in a blind taste test of sauerkraut from four different vendors. You’ll have to ask a participant – “Which sauerkraut did you choose?”
